Before you begin
The online application takes about 20 to 30 minutes and runs in nine short steps: student information, parents and guardians, school history, learning profile, health, and a few questions about what you hope Ohana will be for your child. Please have these available:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Most recent report card
- School records, if applicable
- IEP or 504 documentation, if applicable
The $350 application fee is paid when you submit. Once your application is accepted, a $3,000 tuition deposit per student holds the place and is applied toward tuition.
What happens next
We review the application
Our admissions team reads every application and may call with a question or two.
Your child shadows for a day
Prospective students are paired with a current Ohana student and attend a full school day to experience daily life on campus.
Acceptance and deposit
Accepted families pay the tuition deposit, choose a payment plan, and, if using Step Up For Students, send us the award document so we can issue a revised schedule.
Haven't toured yet? We recommend visiting before you apply. Schedule a tour, or read the questions parents ask.
